I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor and Motivation Coach. I run Steph Rice Fitness which is a Personal Training business based in the UK. I specialize in training women because as a woman I know myself how hard it is to put yourself first and keep on track with diet & fitness! I train clients through one to one coaching in person and also via internet coaching on my website. Helping women feel better about themselves by becoming stronger both mentally & physically is my passion and my vocation.

I did my grocery shopping for the week on Sunday as always, I buy my food on a Sunday so I can prepare and cook it ready for the week ahead.
