Please help me I'm in benzo hell. What did you take/do to get off benzos to improve GABA and sleep? I'm on 30mg restoril (temazepam) and 7.5 valium and I'm an absolute wreck. I haven't sleep in days I think I'm gonna collapse.

Beka, It has only been on since last Fall. It is a spin off of the Dr. Phil show. I've seen parts of it a few times. I think they have 4 docs from an ER doc, to a pediatrician, general MD, and one other. Not exactly sure about the show format, but...

You might want to check your local listings for the right channel because this show airs on NBC where I live (Southeastern US), not on CBS. Tom

Tom,

I wanted to take a moment and respond to you -- not through the thread concerning families. I am going through a difficult time (ss denial, foreclosure on my home, pipe bursting at said condo 12/24 flooding not only my condo but 3 others...) anyway, my point is thank you for the positive remarks. Today I especially needed some good news and your comments were extremely pertinent. I'm glad you are on the forum.
